COST REDUCTION CONSULTING: Contingency

Contingency fees are based soley on savings we uncover for you. We do not require any upfront fees or retainers. After our audit is complete,, we provide detailed recommendations for savings to our clients for their approval. Once approved, we implement these changes and will then invoice 50% of those savings for a 12 month period. There is no risk for our clients.

We typically identify 10-15% savings of our clients’ annual telecom budget. Our contingency auditing agreement is by far our most popular service. Clients save money but are in complete control of any changes implemented following the auditing process. The contingency cost-reduction consulting arrangement is ideal for cutting telecom expenses without commiting to costly retainers or upfront fees.

COST REDUCTION CONSULTING: Fee-based

With our fee-based cost-reduction consulting, the client pays the total of of one month's billing spread over 12 equal monthly payments. Clients retain all refunds, credits and cost-cutting optimizations. Our unique guarantee: If we do not identify annual savings equal to our fee, we will gladly refund you the difference.

In addition to the consulting, our fee-based agreement provides the client with an electronic database inventory of all lines and their uses. To keep bills clean and your staff informed, you'll receive accesss to our training materials at no charge.
